Ray Raghavan

Ray Raghavan, is a Vancouver, BC based Film Director who immigrated from India. Ray's feature debut VIOLENTIA won him a best director award and was acquired and distributed worldwide by Gravitas Ventures. His most recent short ALIENATION has played at top genre festivals including, the academy qualifying Cinequest Festival, FilmQuest, Morbido, Trieste Sci-Fi and won the audience award at Another Hole in the Head. Ray was also selected to Canada's premiere horror genre lab at BITS Toronto 2022 for his sophomore feature screenplay PHOREN. It is currently optioned by Tabula Dada Productions and is in development. As a producer, Ray has made films that have played at TIFF and other major festivals as well as worked on docs that have played on national Television.
