Rich Cline

Rich Cline is a London-based journalist specialising in cinema - reviews, features, news, interviews. He was born in Los Angeles, grew up in Ecuador and has lived in Great Britain since May 1992. His film newsletter Shadows on the Wall began publication in 1985. He reviews films regularly for BBC Radio, Movies1 and Boyz, and has also covered cinema, theatre and dance for Metro, The Express, The Mirror, Heat, Rotten Tomatoes, Film Threat, QX, Idea, Sky News, BBC News 24, Channel 4, NBC/Bravo, LBC FM, Movies1, Real Movie News, Film Focus, First magazine, The List, ViewLondon, What's On, Man About Town and The Clause. He has served as a jury member at film festivals in Venice, Berlin, London, Seoul, Abu Dhabi, Cardiff, St Louis, Thessaloniki and Turin. He is a Golden Globes voter, and a member of the UK Critics' Circle, Galeca, Fipresci and Online Film Critics Society.
