Richard Robichaux

Richard is a nationally recognized character actor appearing in award-winning films and tv shows for years. In the coming year he has more scene-stealing performances as Walters The Editor of the Bugle in the much-anticipated series SPIDER: NOIR with Nicolas Cage. He was also Carl in the Emmy-nominated PARADISE on Hulu. He will appear on ELSBETH on CBS with Steve Buscemi later this spring as well as FAMILY MOVIE directed by Kevin Bacon. He also has a recurring role in the Apple series BROTHERS with Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson out later in 2026. Other credits: THE LONG GAME, directed by Julio Quintana and HIT MAN with Glen Powell, marking his 5th collaboration with director Richard Linklater. He can be seen starring in the Disney+ series, BIG SHOT (opposite John Stamos) for David E. Kelley, and the mega-blockbuster OCEANS 8 directed by Gary Ross to name a few. Other Linklater films include WHERE'D YOU GO BERNADETTE? (opposite Cate Blanchett and Kristin Wiig), LAST FLAG FLYING, the Academy Award-winning BOYHOOD, and as ‘Lloyd Hornbuckle’ in BERNIE (opposite Jack Black and Shirley MacLaine) deeming Richard a "Linklater regular" by the Austin Statesman. Additionally, he appeared in the feature THE BOOK OF LOVE starring Jason Sudeikis and Jessica Biel with all original music by Justin Timberlake in which Richard speaks entirely in a Cajun/English dialect influenced by his Louisiana roots. His films have been screened at Sundance, Tribeca, SXSW, and many other major festivals around the world. He is a respected theatre actor with leading roles at the best theaters in the US, including Yale Repertory, Mark Taper Forum, and Shakespeare Theatre in DC among others.
