Ryan Smale

Ryan Smale is a Canadian actor who was born in Vancouver, British Columbia on June 11, 1986. His father (Jim) was a photographer and his mother (Shirley) has been a member of IATSE since 1998, working as a crew member on many of the productions shot in Vancouver. Ryan visited set as much as he could when he was younger and quickly fell in love with the process of filmmaking. After spending a lot of time on stage in various theater productions as a teenager, he got his breakthrough role in the movie Damage (2009) in 2009. Ryan moved to Los Angeles shortly after to continue his career as an actor and still resides there.
