Sam Cassidy

Sam Cassidy is from Bournemouth in the UK and is best known for playing 'Prince Theo' in the ABC drama 'Guilt' and for writing the Musical '27' (later re-named MYTH) and his award winning musical film 'Wait for Me.' Sam studied film and media before studying acting and music at the prestigious Mountveiw academy in London. starting his career as actor, he appeared on both stage and screen while honing his craft as a writer on the side. His first production 'MYTH' a modern retelling of Orpheus in the underworld that he wrote and Co-directed received rave reviews and transferred for a limited run to the west end under the guidance of Andrew Lloyd Webber. His second production 'Wait for me,' originally written for the stage, but thanks to covid regulations, changed medium and became Sam's first independent film which went on to win the stand out award at the off west end stage awards and helped propel Sam into screenwriting.
