Srishti Behl Arya

Srishti Behl is a producer and executive with over 30 years of experience in India's film and television industry. She served as Director of International Original Film at Netflix India (2018-2021), where she built the platform's original film slate of 35+ titles including Guilty, AK vs AK, Bulbbul, and Serious Men, as well as Netflix's first Tamil and Telugu film anthologies. Prior to Netflix, she co-founded Rose Audiovisuals, producing feature films and 1000+ hours of programming across major Indian networks. She later led Phantom Films as CEO (2022-2025), overseeing operations and creative strategy for one of India's most celebrated independent production houses. She currently runs Starfish Stories, developing original IP and packaging international co-productions.
