Tim Beckmann

Tim Beckmann is a Canadian-born actor, producer, and voice artist whose career spans film, television, theatre, and audio performance across the UK, Europe, and North America. Born in Vancouver and trained at the prestigious Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London, Beckmann spent more than three decades building an international career in the British and Canadian entertainment industries. His screen work includes appearances in major studio productions and acclaimed television dramas, including Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, Midway, The Good Doctor, Riverdale, Supernatural, The Haunting of Bly Manor, and iZombie. Known for portraying intelligent, authoritative, and emotionally layered characters, Beckmann has frequently been cast in roles such as military officers, doctors, educators, clergy, and institutional leaders. His performances are marked by restraint, depth, and a distinctive transatlantic sensibility shaped by years working between London and Vancouver. Alongside his acting career, Beckmann founded and ran Solution Films Ltd. in London, producing independent films, theatre productions, and radio plays.
