Tom was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. He was the second of eight sons born to Brooklyn natives, Frank, a printer, and mother, Eileen. Tom began his acting and modeling carrier at an early age - his first television commercial was for Ivory Snow and he was in a diaper. All eight boys provided talent for the Mad Men era of advertising and appeared in many national and local ads in print, catalogs, radio, and television. Tom was a "cover-boy" on magazines including Ladies Home Journal (Dec '62, Jan '61). He worked with renowned commercial photographers including Howard Zieff, Dick Richards, Ted Bates, and Mark Shaw. His "Roadside Stand" television commercial garnered a CLIO award for J Walter Thompson and Mark Shaw and featured Tom singing the "I wish I were an Oscar Meyer Wiener" song for the first time by a non-animated performer. Other national television commercials included: Pepsodent, Desenex, Campbell's Soup, Alpo, Tide. After college Tom tackled a variety of various careers including: law enforcement, accounting, project management, and adult learning and development. After life in corporate America, Tom re-entered the world of full-time acting and VO work around 2016. He has a home studio and lives with his wife, Cindy and dog, Jack in Annandale Virginia - just outside of Washington, D.C.
