Victor Rios

Victor Rios is a British-Bolivian actor, writer, producer, and director whose work blends sharp storytelling with a dose of humour. On screen, he's appeared in The Mallorca Files (Amazon Prime) as Officer Noguera, 4Stories: On The Edge Series 2 - BMW (Channel 4), That's a Wrap, the award-winning short 500 (Silk Road Film Awards Cannes, LA Sun Film Fest), The Wedding Pact (Diamond Award - Indonesia Film Festival), Beto & Nena, and the Punjabi feature Aaja Mexico Challiye. He also runs Film Locos, a production company and platform championing diversity in film, especially for the British Latino community. Under Film Locos, Victor has produced more than 20 short films and led the ambitious 6 Shorts in 6 Days project, which toured across the UK and received acclaimed press coverage. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, Victor continues to bring underrepresented voices to the screen, telling bold, authentic stories that connect with audiences worldwide.
