Wanda Banda

Wanda Banda is an actress known for her debut role as Young Nanisca in the historical epic, The Woman King (2022). Directed by Gina Prince-Bythewood, Banda portrays the younger version of the character, Nanisca, portrayed by academy award winning actress, Viola Davis. A rising star, she joined the cast of the hit Netflix series, Blood and Water, in its fourth season (2024). Banda also appears as a supporting lead in the Netflix feature, Heart of the Hunter (2024), directed by Mandlakayise Dube, as well as kykNET's hit drama series, Plan B (2024), alongside veteran actor Arnold Vosloo. A rising star, Banda further showcases her talent in the indie feature film Utopia (2024).
