Ty, Tandy, and Brigid follow Mayhem's trail of destruction through the city's layers of sex work as she hunts for the people responsible for kidnapping and trafficking girls.

While Tandy goes inside Tyrone’s cloak to pull out Mayhem, Tyrone has to escape with his mom from a threat in the real world.

Tandy sets out to prove victims are only victims because they refuse to stand up for themselves. Tyrone faces an old foe and must choose between vengeance and freedom.
