Battlestar Galactica: The Mini-Series

Human colonies in a distant solar system are nearly wiped out by a nuclear assault launched by aggressive artificial intelligence. The survivors of the nuclear attack evade the Cylons in a rag tag Battlestar fleet while they begin the search for a new home--a planet called Earth.
