Zach tells Randy the director called. Dana mentions her mother's concern that she is going home late from an evening class.

Dana and Randy are having a lively debate over the changes to happen in Ontario because of the election sweep for the Liberals. Johnny's daughter Tammy is locked in the bathroom at home.

Dana is trying hard to write her first assignment that must be "raw and truthful". A young woman, Carla, sits across from Pete and Lucas.

Johnny, Lucas and Zach talk about the marketing plans for Shed For Brains. Randy and Pete find a pristine, plastic-wrapped sandwich.

Brenda invites Johnny's family to spend Thanksgiving with her family. Randy and Dana get involved in an intense political debate.

Pete comes in with a frozen turkey. Johnny cons everyone into making Thanksgiving decorations for his dining room.

Johnny recaps the McLaughlin/Murphy family Thanksgiving extravaganza. Carla casually strikes up a conversation to mine Shannon for information about Lucas.

Lucas is concerned about Johnny's ad. Randy tells Seymour Shackleton that a close friend of his just miscarried.

Lucas thanks Liz for awarding him the video for the new ADHD drug with her company. Dana notices her poetry teacher, and idol, Astrid Bargeld walking through the car.

Victoria comes on to the train to say goodbye to Zach. Brenda compliments Lucas on how much fun she had shooting Johnny's ad.

Johnny did some cash-in-hand construction work today to be able to pay Zach the balance of his midget performance fee. Dana and Pete discuss an email from her brother Nigel, who is "trying new things" in Sydney.

Randy and Liz search the newspaper listings for a movie to see. Lucas and Julia start off chatting amicably about Charlie, but it soon descends into a flat out fight.

The Grand Opening for Shed For Brains is on Saturday and Johnny hands out flyers to the other passengers as he comes in. Lucas and Liz are in high spirits.

Johnny tries to tell about his disastrous opening day, but is diverted. While Pete brags to Sue and Dana about his Alfa Romeo, Dana is somber.

Dana's worried about the Halloween gig she's playing. Lucas enters and gives a curt hello to Liz.

Brenda tells Liz she had a psychic reading done at a party. Zach harshly mocks Robert Downey Jr.'s "big problems".

Carla and Lucas have been out drinking and flirting after work. Dana has just come from the Sexual Harassment office at the university.
