Framed for a crime he didn't commit, Keroro gets embroiled in the treasure hunt of a lifetime. Thanks to Fuyuki's expertise in detective work and knowledge of mysterious ancient Earth sites, those Vipers don't stand a chance! ...Right?

Fuyuki accidentally volunteers to be the anchor in the relay race on Sports Day. He's terrible at sports, so his future looks bleak. And then Giroro loses his precious picture of Natsumi, and his cat's determined to replace it!

After a big fight with Natsumi, Keroro runs away from the Hinata house and is surprised when no one tries to stop him. He takes up residence in a shoddy, uninhabited apartment, but how long can the sarge enjoy his new freedom before getting homesick?

A scientific experiment gone wrong leaves Giroro physically attached to Natsumi's hand on the day she's pitching at a big softball game at school. Then, Koyuki is stalked by a ninja from space.

Natsumi competes to be radio DJ 623's assistant for a day, but she has stiff competition in the form of the somewhat disguised frogs. Then, after Natsumi confiscates Keroro's new plastic model as a punishment, he sics a smaller but stronger robotic version of himself on her... but the mini-Keroro seems to have its own ideas about world domination!

Momoka makes a boxed lunch for Fuyuki, but she's at a loss for the perfect way to give it to him. Then she comes up with a perfect plan: she'll take him up in a space shuttle! After that, Keroro learns how expensive a certain type of mushrooms are, and decides to grow them himself for the money.

Momoka's horoscope says that Fuyuki will have the chance to invite her to the hot springs today, and if she misses this chance, her love is doomed. So she sets up an elaborate plan to manipulate him into inviting her. But of course, all does not go according to plan.

Natsumi's birthday is coming up, but she claims she doesn't like presents or parties, which she defines as "too childish." Desperate to do something to celebrate it, Fuyuki and the Keroro Platoon decides to throw a huge birthday party to surprise her... which might or might not be a huge disaster.

Rather than actually telling everyone that his birthday is December 9th, Keroro decides to subtly hint his way to birthday presents. So what if no one seems to have any clue his birthday is coming up? That just means that they're planning a surprise party, right?

Dasonu Maso is back, spreading afros in his wake! But wait, it gets worse: he now has the ability to change people's personalities, too, and he's taking over the entire world. Can the Keroro Platoon stop him before he completely beats them to their objective?

When Giroro becomes split into seven distinct selves, the original has to stop the cold-hearted soldier version from hurting his friends and worse. Then, the Occult Club at school is shutting down for lack of members and tangible results. Momoka and Fuyuki enter the first National Middle School Occult Tournament, since victory means saving the club!

Christmas: the perfect time to conquer the Earth! Until Keroro finds out about Santa Claus. When Keroro learns that Santa only gives presents to children who have been good, he goes into a frenzy trying to get on the "nice" list. There's stuff he wants to get!

Kululu's latest gun turns serious ninja Dororo into a slacker and slacker Keroro into a serious disciplinarian. And when the Natsumi's grandmother pays a visit for New Year's, Koyuki develops a special bond with her.

Keroro and the platoon become kites to get a fresh perspective on the invasion issue... but then just enjoy the experience. And Momoka sponsors a battledore tournament to gain Fuyuki's affection, but Mois proves to be her equal!

In order to provide a dangerous combat training scenario for his men, Keroro steals Natsumi's precious 623 autograph and tells her she has to infiltrate the secret base to retrieve it. But are they really prepared for Natsumi at 62.3% over her normal combat strength?

Karara and Taruru show up to visit the other frogs! And, having nothing else to do, they decide to invade Earth, as well. Oh, and let's not forget that Karara still has a crush on Kululu!

Giroro's been kidnapped by a Bitterling, an alien race known for holding extreme grudges for the most trivial of reasons. Much worse, he's being held in a desert climate, and the other frogs don't want to endanger themselves by going there. But Natsumi is human, and she's staging her own rescue mission!

Natsumi just wants to give Valentine's chocolate to her crush, Saburo, but when 556 mistakenly intercepts it and swears to protect it for the whole day, the only way Natsumi can get it back is with a team effort by Phantom Thieves More Peach Summer Snow! Then, Keroro comes in possession of a stone that acts as a magnet for rotten luck, but he holds on to it for the promised reward when its true...

Momoka discovers she has a powerful rival, one who can actually take a decent photo of Fuyuki. To beat that, is Momoka willing to make a deal with the devil(ish Sergeant Keroro)? And Keroro and Fuyuki find themselves near Grandma's house, so they pay a visit, except she's out. While waiting for her to come back, Fuyuki plays his childhood games with Keroro and takes a stroll down memory lane.

Momoka's latest insanity is trying to make Fuyuki jealous by pretending to elope with somebody else. Naturally, it doesn't work. And then Koyuki remembers how she and Dororo met.

Keroro's insulted that Natsumi likes dogs better than frogs, so he turns her into a dog to teach her a lesson. Then he tries to get embarrassing photos of her with Saburo-senpai! And then the Keroro Platoon decides to build an aquarium, and captures an unexpected surprise.

Not only has the entire Keroro Platoon lost their memories, but so have Natsumi, Fuyuki, and Mois! Who could have caused this, and what started the base's self-destruct sequence?!

Giroro's humiliated when he comes across some old footage of him insisting he would never fall in love with a lady soldier on the other side. He decides that, no matter how he feels about Natsumi, he has to conquer the Earth right away! But then Natsumi gets sick, and he's forced to re-evaluate where his priorities lie.

Earth is falling to the invaders, and the Keroro Platoon is helpless to stop them. Even though the Galulu Platoon is supposed to be another part of their own army, the Keroro Platoon don't really want the Earth to be invaded, and they're now fighting to save it. But compared to the Galulu Platoon, they're hopelessly outmatched, and all seems lost.
