A newspaper ad brought three men together for a journey of 14,000 miles from Belfast to Singapore in the iconic car, the Morris Mini. Dividing duties between them, Alan Speer captured the trip on film, Peter Newman became the journey's resident chef, and David Harvey, the mechanic.
