On November 3rd, 2016, police officers swere startled when they heard banging from a large metal storage container. Prying open the unit, they discovered a young woman. As they freed her, she told them that her captor was Todd Kohlhepp. In this documentary, we aim to shed light on the answer to this question, as well as many others, as we explore the life and crimes of Todd Kohlhepp.

Regina Kay Walters was just 14-years-old when she was horrifically abducted and murdered by Robert Ben Rhoades, now best known as The Truck Stop Killer. But how did Regina get into this situation?
