Mike travels to Mobile, Alabama, to work with an old school barber and learn some of the tricks of the trade. Then he stops by the Ostrom Road Landfill in Northern California to spend the day working as a landfill operator.

Mike travels to Mobile, Alabama, to get a behind the scenes look at a Mardi Gras "Folly" float. He spends his day assembling cow bladders that will be used during the parade to drive away evil spirits.

Mike travels to Sioux Falls, South Dakota, to spend the day working as a medical waste processor.

Mike travels to North Dakota to help erect a radio communications tower. Then he heads to a Hollywood sound stage to creatively commemorate the milestone of doing a dirty job in each of the 50 states.

Mike works as an onion processor where he slices, dices and tastes onions before cleaning out the juicing machine and parts of the reactor. Then he visits the San Francisco Fire Department to help build wooden ladders.
