Dudley moves out of his mom's house and into a tree house with his new roommate, Partpans (which is definitely not Snaptrap spelled backwards). Unbeknownst to Dudley, Partpans is doing everything in his power to get rid of him.

Dudley's loud voice is always getting TUFF into trouble, so Keswick invents a Holler Collar to put Dudley's voice on mute.

Birdbrain invents a Lovey Dovey Kissy Smoochy gun, a device that will make anyone he blasts fall deeply in love with him, starting with Dudley.

Birdbrain steals TUFF's latest invention: the Grow Faster Blaster and becomes a giant. Dudley and Kitty go undercover at the hospital to find out who is stealing all the eggs.

Dudley leaves the door open to the simulation station and his imaginations become real and escape. Dudley is picked to be the new "spokesdog" for Quacky's new line of cookies, "Animal Quackers".

Dudley takes Crime-etapp, a medicine scientifically designed to help understand the criminal mind. Dudley's Movie Star hero, Woodchuck Norris, comes to TUFF to do research for his next big, blockbuster spy movie.

When Dudley and Keswick manage to make contact with alien life forms, Snaptrap commandeers the alien ship and uses its hi tech weapons to wreak havoc on Petropolis.

DOOM teams up with the Chameleon to steal wedding presents, causing all the couples to cancel their weddings. The only way to catch the bad guys is for Dudley and Kitty to fake being in love and stage a wedding.

The Chameleon disguises himself as the Easter Bunny and goes on a crime spree in Petropolis. Birdbrain finds a rare flower that makes him indestructible. Dudley and Kitty go to the rainforest to stop him.

The Wannabee snatches all the kids at the spelling bee and challenges Dudley to a spelling competition. While TUFF is away traveling, Snaptrap breaks into Keswick's house to steal his latest invention, the head shrinker.
