Face to Face (Original)

Susanne is mourning the loss of her daughter. When the doorbell rings she faces a man, John, who made an appointment to battle his addiction to tobacco. Under hypnosis, John reveals something harrowing.

Susanne seeks out the police commissioner, Richard, to report the mysterious man. Richard has no knowledge of the man or any cases of young women being killed. He does, however, have a request for Susanne.

Susanne meets Louise, a police officer, who turns out to be a former client she helped after a rape. When Susanne notices that the police commissioner is calling Louise, she is sure that something is not right.

Pretending to be making a psychological evaluation, Susanne lies her way into prison to confront her ex-husband, Bjørn, who is serving a sentence for murdering Frank, who Bjørn believed to be their daughter’s killer.

Susanne locates Sapphire at the strip club and realises that she knows the suspected hitman, John. Worst of all, it turns out that Sapphire is not only a witness, but also a target.

Desperate for help to find the girl, Susanne contacts CC, a veteran soldier she treated for PTSD. Reluctantly, he agrees to track down the girl.

Susanne spots her former colleague, Maja. Susanne realises that Maja has had a session with Sapphire, and she is connected to both the police commissioner and John. Original title: Forhoret
