Bouncin' in the House, produced by Fit as a Fiddle, is the first in a series of videos created to address the changing cardio needs of women. Cardio workout, a four week progressive format starting at 3 minutes in the 1st week and increasing to 20 minutes in the 4th week and then a 12 minute stretch to be done after each workout.
