La guerre des popotes roulantes

Seven teams arrive in New Orleans to battle it out for a chance to win $50,000. In the first challenge, they must create their own version of beignet to sell. Then, they must make a dish inspired by the popular Hurricane drink.

The highest grossing teams from the previous challenge work with other teams to feed hungry service members at Naval Air Station Pensacola in Florida. Then, the teams learn about a chance for immunity during the second challenge.

The remaining five teams head to Tuscaloosa, Alabama, where they battle to sell the most pecan desserts in order to win valuable mentoring time with pastry chef Jan Moon.

The four remaining teams try Nashville's famous hot chicken and are challenged to make their own versions of the dish -- without the chicken. Then, the teams must create their own self-promotion, much like the artists of the city.

The remaining three teams visit a peach farm in Athens, GA, and must make a savory dish using provided ingredients and peaches. The team with the winning dish gets to shut down the other two trucks for one hour during the sell.

The final two teams arrive in Savannah, GA, where they are challenged to sell out of a new vehicle: a pedicab. Then, the teams sell in new locations and receive shellfish to include in each dish, and the winner takes home $50,000.
