It's early morning hustle and bustle in the huge produce sheds at Flemington markets before a trip to designer store of new-age butcher, Victor Churchill. Here top class meat catches the eye of celebrity chef Neil Perry. He and Lyndey cook a BBQ on the shores of Sydney harbour then it's the happiest pig farm on earth and Lyndey creates a mouth-watering perfect pork steak as the sun sets.
