María Teresa a young political refugee escaped to Paris from her country Paraguay to save herself from the criminal repression of the dictatorship of the bloodthirsty general Alfredo Stroessner. In Paris, she falls in love with Antonio a young law student, but at the time of greater commitment , the past becomes present and she must decide her future, without forgetting her struggle for freedom.
