At the renowned Battle Tower in high-tech Larousse City, Ash meets Tory, who is afraid of Pokémon due to a childhood incident. Even cute little Pikachu is too frightening for Tory-and things get scarier when Deoxys takes control of the city and Rayquaza is determined to drive it away!
