Madrid 1961. At Franco’s orders, Ana Mari must pretend to be married to Manolo to work as a maid at Ava Gardner’s house and spy on the icon.

Pilar and Ana Mari get some frogs to test if Pilar is pregnant. Manolo must pay back the 50,000 pesetas he borrowed from Vargas.

Manolo and Ana Mari attend the first communion of Vargas’ daughter. Ana Mari spends the night next to Manolo.

Ana Mari wakes up disturbed after having slept with Manolo. Perón confuses Vargas’ cars with a plot to assassinate him.

Manolo tries to convince Ana Mari to keep the necklace with them for a couple days to make a replica for Vargas.

Ava leaves for Mallorca for a special event. She is so angry at Manolo and Ana Mari that she asks Bill to have them fired.

Manolo and Ana Mari are living at ease around the house when they receive a call from Pilar saying Ava is returning earlier than expected.

Ava wakes up euphoric and with the idea of paying a small tribute to her friend Hemingway.
