In the Yorkshire seaside town of Scarborough, the Family Gorgeous help a fitness instructor named Mark be less of a control freak, as well as David who has missed out on caring for his mom, and Fleur who seeks to rediscover her confidence.

The Family Gorgeous visit the West Midlands, home turf for the head of the Family Cheddar, where they meet Sam who wants to reclaim her confidence, as well as a rugby team captain named Matthew.

Can the Family Gorgeous help Dominique rediscover her self-confidence by becoming an intergalactic space queen? They also meet Jacob who recently came out to his family, and a 61-year-old trans woman named Alison.
