Samantha and Jay throw both caution and money to the wind when they decide to convert a huge rundown country estate they inherited into a bed & breakfast-only to find it's inhabited by the many spirits of deceased residents who now call it home.

Trevor's brother, Jeremy (Jon Glaser), checks into Woodstone after discovering a loophole in the Woodstone Rewards Points program.

Alberta hits it off with a poltergeist (Lamorne Morris) who is attached to a newly arrived Woodstone guest. Also, Isaac and Nigel have separate bachelor parties.

When Sam and Jay leave the ghosts home alone for the weekend in an attempt to have a romantic getaway, shocking revelations are made about two of Woodstone's beloved spirits.

When Pete discovers his ghost power, others pressure him to put it to use, with disastrous results. Meanwhile, Thor must grapple with how to reveal a secret to the recently rescued Flower.
