In 2013, torrential rains in Alberta, Canada, trigger what would become known as the "Flood of Floods." Over a hundred-thousand people are forced out of their homes when the destructive power and speed of the floodwaters catch everyone by surprise.

In the past two decades, hurricanes along the North American coastline have grown more powerful and destructive. In 2016, Hurricane Matthew wreaks havoc across the continent, decimating parts of the Caribbean before bearing down on the Florida Coast.
