People, cars, trucks, bikes, tuk-tuks, livestock and hawkers are in a constant state of motion; yelling, screaming, talking, and beeping fills the air in a flurry of sound.

In this episode of Parts Unknown, Tony accompanies world-renowned chef and restaurateur Daniel Boulud as they travel back to Daniel's hometown of Lyon, France for a once-in-a-lifetime pilgrimage of the city's rich food culture and its legendary chefs. The journey begins at Charcuterie Reynon -the city's oldest and most respected purveyor of fine cured meats and other specialities.

In this episode, Tony travels to Mexico City, Oaxaca, and Cuernavaca to meet who fight for the food, the art, and the lives they believe in. In the Santa Anita neighbourhood of Mexico City, Tony meets boxer Jorge Lacierva at the gym where, accompanied by his father, he trains up-and-coming young fighters.
