The brothers hitch-hike from the ancient Inca capitol of Cuzco at 3399m, down the spine of the Andes Mountains to Lake Titicaca. They get robbed, suffer acute mountain sickness, get mixed up with police, get high on coca leaves and meet some wonderful locals as they battle their way across the Andes.

Lapland is a frozen, winterland of reindeer, Sami people and saunas. The brothers start in Stockholm and fly 200 kilometers straight north above the Arctic Circle. Their chosen mode of transport for this journey is a reindeer sleigh.

The brothers chosen form of transport in Egypt is a Felucca Boat…the ancient trading vessel of Egyptian transport and business. They travel north along the Nile, from the oasis town of Aswan to the ancient city of Luxor, before finding a massive sand dune to slide down.

Disaster and triumph set this show apart. The brothers start out with a near death boat disaster in the southern Philippine Sea but bounce back and end up attaining their goal of reaching Donsol village, the whale shark capitol of the world.

In this episode the brothers shun the more famous areas, Tokyo and Kyoto, and head to the isolated, ancient island of Shikoku. Their route is the ancient 88 Temple Zen pilgrimage circuit.

By pick-up truck, the brothers route is the culturally and geographically rich island of Cape Breton and the Cabot Trail. Lobster fishing, mussel farming, hooking, kayaking, kitchen parties, moose sightings, Bingo, Scottish ceilidhs, Mi'kmaq drum session, it's all happening in this episode.
