Gowri (Indraja), a rich man's daughter in the village falls for Raja (Vijay), an ambitious college going guy with poor family background. Raja keeps avoiding Gowri for some reason he couldn't share and Gowri finds out that he is crushed by an incident that happened to his friend Chandru (Ajith). Will Raja and Gowri overcome all the issues and unite is the crux of the story, Rajavin Parvaiyile.
