My Kitchen Rules returns with a new batch of home cooks ready to do battle in Australia's most popular and hotly contested cooking competition. But this time around, a secret ingredient has been added to the My Kitchen Rules recipe.It's a twist that will change the rules and raise the stakes, pushing each team to boiling point.

Teams are off to sunny Queensland for lovebirds JP and Nelly's Instant Restaurant. In a night of high drama, will the young couple prove they have what it takes to stay in the competition?

True Blue Aussie couple, Nev & Kell, bring teams across the Nullarbor to WA's coast for their instant restaurant. Will our heroes fall or will the judges think their food is the "duck's nuts"?

It's "Dee" day as NSW's Tim and Dee cook in the last instant restaurant for round 3. The newlyweds have talked themselves up in the kitchen and now they have to prove they can deliver dishes worthy of the competition.

Tonight, the remaining bottom scoring teams get their chance at redemption as they travel around the country once more with Pete and Manu to host another Instant Restaurant. The stakes have never been higher as this round will see two teams exit the competition.

Can miners really cook? Alex & Gareth bring diners back to Table of Mine in Queensland for a second chance. With pork belly, five spice pineapple and cherry sauce all on the menu they certainly don't back away from bold flavours.

With only two Instant Restaurants left of the Redemption Round it's crunch time as diners return to Adelaide for Rosie & Paige's Big Love Grub.

It's the last cook of the redemption round as guests gather for Carmine and Lauren's Number 32. Serving slow cooked lamb shanks and Lauren's 'famous' mud cake, the South Australians aim to pull out all the stops.

The Instant Restaurant round has officially finished as contestants now move from their homes to Kitchen HQ. However, the first challenge takes place off site at North Ryde RSL where teams must impress patrons with a flavoursome buffet menu.
