Ed's got major problems as the revamped Montecito struggles to finish work in time to re-open on the new boss's schedule. He also tries to lure back Danny and his former staff to prevent a suspected "smash-and-grab" heist that has hit other casinos.

Ed tries to keep tough new boss Monica out of the loop until he finds out who's been making counterfeit chips that could flood the casino, while Danny's accountant suggests that he sell his late father's house and refers him to realtor Penny Posin.

When a card counter's daughter is abducted, Danny, Mike, and Ed are reunited with Dr. Jordan Cavanaugh to solve a high-stakes kidnapping scheme. Meanwhile, Sam and Det. Woody Hoyt retrace their steps as to how they wound up in bed together.

Danny tracks down the identity of the woman who appears in photos with his father and offers her money for her outstanding medical expenses. Danny becomes suspicious of Penny when he tells her about the latest developments concerning his father.

Danny visits an antique fair and becomes stuck in a flash back to the Jubilee Hotel and Casino as Dir. of Entertainment. It's 1962 - President of the Jubilee Ed designates Mike as head of security, Mary runs the restaurant and Delinda opens a shop.

Danny, Monica, and FBI Agent Portis review security measures taken to protect the Kashmir Sapphire, a priceless gemstone on display at the Montecito. Monica tries to lure Ed back to with a Porsche, a song by Robert Goulet, and finally an apology.

The Montecito hosts a comic book convention and Monica questions Danny's decision to have it at the hotel after she's mistaken for Mothwoman by the fans. Sam runs into an old nemesis at a funeral and sparks fly when they get into a confrontation.

A hostile takeover of the Montecito casino is thwarted by a stunning change of events. Mike is mugged by a thug, leaving Danny to seek revenge. Meanwhile, Delinda is smitten by a blind man who keeps his real life a secret from her.

A televised national poker tour comes to the Montecito. When Danny and Mike suspect that someone is cheating, they investigate security footage despite protests from the producers. Ed gets upset when his wife Jillian decides to visit an old flame.

When diamonds are stolen from the Montecito pool during a taping of a Fat Joe music video Danny and Ed find themselves relying on amateur sex video to track down the thief. Mike and Ed investigate a suspicious craps player who rolls tens every time.

The Montecito prepares for the grand opening of Wolfgang Puck at the Montecito, his seventh Vegas restaurant. Elsewhere hotel guests become frightened when they begin having ghostly encounters. Danny and Ed are certain there is an explanation.

Weatherman Storm Reno decides to report the weather from the casino...and when Storm's health goes awry, Mike get the chance to fulfill his dream to "do the weather." Meanwhile, Danny's old Sergeant visits and $2.9 million is missing for the casino.

NASCAR Nextel Cup Series driver Jimmie Johnson judges a hotel car show and receives plenty of attention from Mary and Delinda. Danny and Mike discover a man missing a kidney in a bathtub full of ice. Sam's newest whale comes with a unique problem.

Jaime Pressly guest stars as a woman who comes to the Montecito to thank Ed for saving her father's life. Monica's friend finds a finger in the Montecito's buffet. Danny and Mike discover who the finger belonged to. Sam has a tough customer.

Danny apprehends a chip thief who claims the Montecito is going to be blown up. Sam hears rumors about the new masseur and decides to investigate. Wolfgang Puck and Gunther have a cook off for which Donny Osmond and Charo serve as celebrity judges.

Mary coordinates the wedding of one of Sam's whales, but the bride's wedding gown goes missing. Ed and Danny are up against card counters of very unusual sorts. Mike chases after a beautiful woman who is attending a Born Again Virgins conference.

Danny and Mike investigate a string of robberies. Robert Wagner guest stars as a thief who may or may not be behind the heists. Jillian's therapist says her marriage to Ed sets a bad example for Delinda. Danny and Mike pose for a beefcake calendar.

Danny and Delinda are surprised when sparks fly between them. Complicating matters, Jillian decides to fly Delinda's college beau, Derek, in as a surprise. And Montecito owner Casey declares department heads must go on a team-building retreat.

Ed and his wife set off on a retreat that proves to be anything but peaceful. Danny and Mike contend with a suspicious heavy hitter. Things are turning serious for Delinda and Derek, who delays his international aid trip in order to propose.

Olympic Medalist Sasha Cohen stops by. Delinda answers Derek's marriage proposal. Danny and Mike help a couple find out if their spouses are cheating. Sam and Woody Hoyt go away for a romantic weekend to a secluded mountain cabin courtesy of Ed.

In the season 3 finale, Delinda's wedding is days away but she begins to have doubts about whether Derek is the right man for her. Meanwhile, Derek has no interest in a traditional stag party. And, Ed's former CIA partner shows up asking for help.
