Cape Verdean rapper Ga daLomba investigates ‘Highway 10’ a drug trafficking route named after the 10th parallel North, the circle of latitude which charts the shortest sea-faring route across the Atlantic from South America via Africa, to Europe. He also searches for an alleged drug trafficker known as ‘Fox’ who Brazilian police believe used this route to transport 1 ton of cocaine.
