While tracking after Koichi, Kang-woo almost killed Kwon-joo and he asks Na Hong-soo to shoot him in the dangerous situation.

A man who started a hostage situation by threatening the doctor with a scalpel turns out to be a fiance of patient Gong Se-mi, Choo Dong-gu...
