Episode 1 - Gorillas & Chimpanzees - 1
Gorillas are intelligent, social animals that live in close family groups, while in captivity, they're housed in zoos and sanctuaries for conservation, research, and education. Chimpanzees, native to Africa, form large, complex communities of 20-150 members, led by an alpha male within a clear social hierarchy.
Episode 2 - Peacocks, Parrots & Cockatoos - 2
Peacocks are famed for their shimmering blue, green, and gold feathers, with males displaying long, eye-patterned "trains." Parrots, with plumage ranging from vivid reds and greens to soft blues and yellows, are equally striking. Their strong, curved beaks are vital for feeding and define much of their behavior.

Bears are large, carnivorous mammals with eight species worldwide. South America hosts the Spectacled Bear, while North America is home to Brown and Black bears. The Polar Bear dominates the Arctic, and across Eurasia live the Brown, Asiatic, and Giant Panda-the only vegetarian. The smallest is the Sun Bear, while the Sloth Bear feeds mainly on termites.
Episode 6 - Squirrels & Meerkats - 6
Squirrels, members of the Sciuridae family, include tree, ground, and flying species found worldwide. With bushy tails and strong hind legs, they excel at climbing and jumping, feeding mainly on nuts, seeds, and fruits. Meerkats, part of the mongoose family, dig underground burrows for shelter, protection, nesting, and foraging.

The Komodo dragon, the largest living lizard, is an apex predator that hunts invertebrates, birds, and mammals, with rare group hunting behavior. Lizards overall are among the most diverse reptiles, with 6,000+ species spanning ecosystems worldwide, showcasing extraordinary variety in color, size, and behavior.

Foxes, small omnivores with upright ears and bushy tails, live on every continent except Antarctica. The red fox has 47 subspecies, alongside related species like the bush dog and bat-eared fox. Wolves, often miscast with "alpha" dominance, actually form family-based packs in the wild, led by a breeding pair through cooperation rather than force.

Butterflies, part of the Lepidoptera order with moths, have wings covered in tiny scales and around 20,000 species worldwide. Their life cycle moves through four stages-egg, larva (caterpillar), pupa (chrysalis), and adult-undergoing a metamorphosis that stands as one of nature's most fascinating transformations.
Episode 10 - Crocodiles and Alligators - 10
Crocodiles, dating back over 200 million years, are ancient reptiles that have survived mass extinctions through remarkable adaptation. Alligators, their close relatives, thrive in freshwater swamps, rivers, and lakes. The American alligator inhabits the southeastern U.S., while the rare Chinese alligator lives in the Yangtze River basin.
Episode 11 - Camels, Dromedaries & Llamas - 11
Known as the "ships of the desert," dromedaries and camels are drought-resistant ungulates able to survive up to a week without water. Used as pack animals for centuries, they remain central to many cultures. In South America, llamas have long served as pack animals as well, while also providing fleece and other resources.

Found on every continent except Antarctica, they thrive from rainforests to deserts, each species adapted with unique traits to suit its environment, highlighting their remarkable versatility.
Episode 13 - Orangutans and Gibbons - 13
Orangutans, native to Borneo and Sumatra, spend most of their lives in trees, feeding on fruits, leaves, and bark, making them among the most arboreal primates. Gibbons, with about 20 species, are also tree-dwellers, known for diverse behaviors and unique wrists that act like ball-and-socket joints, enabling agile, swinging movement.
