If you're looking for a slow paced beginner style class, look no further! These two classes with Nikka should hit the spot! Both classes are full of basic flow and basic postures to help you slow the mind. Hopefully, you will feel refreshed and rejuvenated after hitting the mat. Two yoga blocks may be useful but they're not required. The sequences are both about 30 minutes in length.
