Steve Ditko and Joe Gill created this radiation SuperHero in late 1959 in Charlton's Space Adventure #33 as Captain Atom, before the Marvel Age of Radiation Superheroes started in 1961. Alan Moore was inspired by this character in creating Dr. Manhattan in the 1986 masterpiece, The Watchmen. This motion comic satires the 1950s military industrial complex and is created at Comic Book Historians.
