For the ninth round of the 2017 FIM Motocross World Championship, we head to the clay-surface, 0.943-mile-long Circuit Raymond Demy motocross track near the French commune of Ernée. The championship series has not had an event at this venue since the 2015 Monster Energy Motocross of Nations.

The greatest MX2 and MXGP riders in the world have assembled to battle for championship points on this 15-turn motocross track covered with hard-packed soil that should be easier to navigate than the deep mud of the Russian Grand Prix.

It’s time for the one and only FIM Motocross World Championship event in the United States to begin as the series heads to WW Motocross Park in Jacksonville, Florida, for the 2017 Monster Energy MXGP of USA. This sand-based track is located just west of Jacksonville and contains many jumps and obstacles that should provide some world-class motocross excitement.
