An owl appears at Mantri's house and becomes his best friend. Bank robberies take place and suspicion falls on Mantri, who has all the bank account passwords. Little Singham investigates and finds that the real thief is the robotic owl sent by Lord Boga.

The leader of an alien planet and Mantri's old friend, Zumzi, invites him to the Moon for a tea party. On the Moon, the evil aliens from Krokota attack the tea party. Little Singham fights them off and sends their spaceship into a black hole.

Evil King Cobra has returned with a mission to create an army of Singhams. He kidnaps Professor Avishkaar to extort the Singham formula. LS smartly exchanges the Singham formula with a donkey formula and teaches King Cobra a good lesson.

Little Singham and the gang accidentally reach Antarctica and fight evil pirate Captain Hathoda, who is capturing helpless polar bears and penguins. Little Singham attacks Hathoda's ship and brings back the polar bear mother to her crying babies.

Lattu's granny 'Nani' makes the best Dhoklas in the world, the recipe of which is in their family recipe book. After getting defeated in a cooking competition, Evil chef Chow Chow Khow Khow steals Nani's recipe book. Little Singham must get the book back.

Lord Boga abducts Mantriji and replaces him with a robot that loots the town. When Little Singham discovers that Mantriji is a robot controlled by Boga, he attacks the godown of Boga, rescues Mantriji and returns Mirchi Nagar's wealth to the banks.

Khatarnaak Khatri transforms himself into a child, then enrolls in Babli's school to befriend her and get access to Prof. Avishkaar's lab. He steals the time machine, so LS and KK go on a time-travel adventure before LS finally defeats him.

Lattu's pet rabbit Laddoo eats Prof. Avishkaar's growing carrot and becomes a giant bunny. Laddoo creates havoc in town, so LS must lure him to eat the antidote medicine that will make him normal again.

Local goon Munna Mucchee is illegally exporting gold biscuits inside coconuts. LS must defeat Munna Mucchee's power mustache that grows long into a weapon.

Ajay and friends go to Gujarat for Dandiya Night. Jungli Joker gatecrashes Dandiya Night with rigged dandiya sticks that release a gas to make children cry. JJ captures the children, but Little Singham uses musical instruments to defeat Junglee Joker.

Kung Fu Bhai has returned with enhanced powers and plans to defeat Little Singham in a karate tournament with his special skills. Hawaldar Karate is very determined to participate in the karate competition and learns karate in his own funny way.

Team Little Singham travels to Kerala to help Guardian Jwala defend the Jwala Mani from the evil Kalari warrior: Yamma Yamma Yappan. Little Singham trains in the the secrets of the Kalari war art under Guardian Jwala to defeat Yamma Yamma Yappan.

Lattu is sad that his best friend Ajay misses all the action when his idol Little Singham performs. He swears that he will not eat his favourite dhokla till he makes Ajay and Little Singham meet, causing a great comedy of errors between the two friends.

At the 'Mirchi Mela', mirchis of different shapes, sizes and tastes compete for the Maha Mirchi trophy. Daku Dhamaka hides inside a giant mirchi-shaped car and abducts Mantriji. LS puts mirchis and his fearless fighting to use and saves Mantriji.

India's undefeated kabbadi champions, Uchhalte Oonth, challenge Mirchi Nagar to a kabbadi match. Ajay and gang play kabbadi, catch them cheating and beat them at their own game using hilarious strengths.
