David Shih

David Shih is a Taiwanese-American actor and voice actor who voiced Eddie Toh in Grand Theft Auto V and a gangster in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. He appeared in TV shows such as Interpol Investigates, Blue Bloods, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Golden Boy and All My Children. He also appeared in Rockstar Games' The Warriors and voiced People of New York.
