It's birthing season on Jackie Barlow's alpaca farm. And after Julian turns up just in time to see one baby born, it's the cria who arrived yesterday that needs his help. Kestrel has deformed legs and he's struggling to walk, let alone run.

Two babies' lives hang in the balance. Peter rushes into Skeldale on his day off to try and save Richard Bell's lamb, who was badly injured when he was born just a few hours ago. And atuzanne Benson's trekking centre, Julian's treating a very poorly one-week old llama called Noah.

Julian heads to the historic Harewood House near Leeds to check on some goats who are moving to a new enclosure. But catching them isn't going to be easy. In fact, it proves quite painful!

Julian is at Jackie's alpaca farm to see one of his favourite girls, Cinderella. After delivering her baby a few years ago, recently he performed a c-section when she was struggling again.

It's Sunday morning, but it's no day of rest for Julian as he heads to the Taylors' farm. One of their sheep has prolapsed a few days after he delivered her lamb, and Julian has his work cut out to receive another reward of freshly laid eggs.

A cow needs urgent attention after suffering a horrific leg wound. With bone visible, it's not clear whether anything can be done to save her. Julian meets 2-year old Zac and his hedgehog, who needs surgery on her foot. Will this tale of Mrs Tiggywinkle end happily?

The Green have a new addition to their farm, tiny kitten they've called Magic. He arrived at Jean and Steve's after being found on his own by a main road in the middle of the night.

Peter heads to a local farm where Bernie the boar is strangely off his food. Peter's worried that the problem could be serious, but examining a big boar who's not feeling well isn't easy.

Julian rushes over to see worried and confused farmer Joe Holmes. He found one of his cows with afterbirth hanging out, so he thought she'd already calved. But there's no sign of a new arrival, so he suspects she's struggling to give birth.

Peter's under extra pressure when he heads out to see Charlie the horse, he belongs to his niece Jess. She's always loved horses and rides them competitively, so Charlie needs his wolf teeth removing so they don't interfere with the bit.
