Jenny Ford's Intermediate step and weight workout begins with a fun step warm-up, then 4 step combos each followed by a weight segment. For the weight sections, you'll do traditional weight moves combined together to hit more muscle groups in the same amount of time. Equipment needed: step bench, 2 sets of dumbbells- one heavy and one light.
