One Against All

Cadu's fresh start as a coffee bean farmer proves short-lived after his crops are engulfed in a fire. Vulnerable, he turns to Madalena for protection, but that also proves short-lived when one his few remaining allies is murdered.

Pepe tasks Cadu to go to Miami to close a drug deal with the cartel and solidify Bolivia's status as regional kingpins. Taken in by the glitz and glamour displayed by the cartel, Cadu agrees to move a massive shipment of cocaine by way of Brazil.

Cadu goes to Brazil to recruit manpower and gather resources to build support for a bill that would benefit drug traffickers. But Cadu is dealt a reality check by Bruno Pontes, a stubbornly honest lawmaker who happens to be dating Cadu's ex-wife, Malu.

Cadu's attempt to sway legislation fails, forcing him into an uneasy alliance with Telma in negotiations with Brasilia's power players. The arrangement, however, comes with consequences that put lives at risk -- while bringing others back into the fold.

Cadu returns to Bolivia, where he finds a cartel envoy waiting for him. Despite warnings from Pepita, Cadu tries to play nice with the unwanted guest. With a debt hanging over his head, Cadu turns to Malu for salvation... but her help won't come cheap.

The tide turns hard and swift against Cade. Pepe feels betrayed by him by his inaction with Pepita, Angel is growing increasingly influential and Malu decides to expose him -- a move that will leave Cadu vulnerable to old enemies... and new ones.

Cornered from every angle, Cadu goes on the lamb to protect his family and allies. But as the enemies of the Doctor escalate their hunt, they become increasingly ruthless to anyone who stands between them and their prey.

Besieged by the damage and suffering he's caused, Cadu leans towards a decision that would protect those he loves -- but come at the highest personal cost.
